How long does it usually take to get my order?
Orders usually dispatch within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery:
- Australia / New Zealand: 7–10 business days
- USA / Canada: 7–12 business days
- UK / Europe: 7–10 business days
- Asia & other regions: 7–14 business days
All shipments include tracking and insurance. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $199.

Is there free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. We also run free shipping promotions from time to time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship our jewellery all over the globe.
What if I order a pre-order item with in-stock pieces?
We'll ship your entire order together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like your in-stock pieces sooner, you can order them separately.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio. You can also check delivery status anytime via our order tracking page.
Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer refunds for pieces with any design or manufacturing defects. Email us at contact@bylucia.co with your order number and a photo and we'll resolve it for you.
Do you do exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges for change of mind.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Please choose thoughtfully — and reach out if you'd like help deciding. We offer free styling via DM or in studio.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we'll fix it right away. Email contact@bylucia.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if necessary.
