What started as a collection of crystal-infused pieces was rooted in intention—the idea that what you wear can shift your energy, boost your confidence, and help you show up as your best self. That foundation never left us.

But as we grew, something became clear: the real magic wasn't just in the crystals. It was in that moment when you catch yourself in the mirror and think, "Yes. This is me." That effortless confidence when you throw on three pieces and somehow they just work.

We craft in Limited Batches

You'll never see "mass-produced" in our vocabulary. Every piece is crafted in batches of 100 or fewer, made with 18k Gold Vermeil (with solid gold options available).

This means:

• Thoughtful design - every detail considered, nothing rushed

Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Teneille, founder and creative director, and your offical jewellery stylist.

I started By Lucia because I believed jewellery should be more than just decoration. It should make you feel something. After years of designing crystal-infused pieces, I realised what I was really creating was confidence, that feeling when you look in the mirror and everything just clicks.

Now, I spend my days in our St Kilda studio designing pieces that work the way you live: effortlessly. When I'm not sketching new designs or handcrafting limited batches, you'll find me styling customers in our studio, scrolling for inspiration, or probably wearing at least seven of our pieces at once (occupational hazard).

My goal? To be the stylist in your pocket, creating a jewellery wardrobe that makes getting dressed the easiest part of your day.
