Influencer & Partnerships Co-Ordinator

Contract · 2 Days Per Week · In Person · St Kilda, Melbourne

By Lucia is growing and our influencer and partnerships are the heartbeat of our creative and brand. You'll be working alongside our incredible partners and muses to manage content creation and develop long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Influencer Strategy & Discovery – Research, identify, and vet talent across Australia and the US. Build a tiered muse network from micro to macro, with a sharp eye for ICP and brand fit over follower count.
  • Relationship Management – Own the full influencer lifecycle: outreach, gifting, briefing, content review, and conversion to paid partnerships. You're the face of By Lucia to our partners.
  • Fulfilment & Send Management – Manage all influencer gifting from the studio and our external 3PL. Pack, dispatch, track, and follow up.
  • Process & Automation – Build the systems that make this scalable. We want AI-assisted workflows, CRM hygiene, outreach automations, and reporting that doesn't require chasing.

Who We're Looking For

  • A go-getter who can get pieces on the right people.
  • Self-starter who brings ideas and strategies to grow the business — you see problems and build solutions before they escalate.
  • Experience in retail, PR, or brand partnerships (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred), or the ability to show why you're talented without the experience.
  • Graphic design skills (Canva minimum, Adobe a bonus) for pitching partners and producing gifting collateral.
  • AI-native user — you love using it, keep up with advancements, and look for smarter ways to do things.
  • Warm, bubbly, and confident communicator who can build genuine relationships, not just send cold DMs.
  • Entrepreneurial and scrappy — comfortable owning a function without a big team behind you.
  • Prepared to clean the studio in the morning alongside the founders and then meet with partnership managers at dinner in the evening.

What You'll Get

  • Direct impact — your work will move the needle on growing a brand.
  • Work with our in-person team at our St Kilda, Melbourne studio.
  • Learn what it takes to grow a premium brand in e-commerce and retail.
  • Jewellery perks.
  • Competitive compensation package with bonuses.
  • Room for professional growth and development as the brand scales, including travel and paid courses.

Director of Ecommerce

Part Time (with view to full time after 2-month trial) · Hybrid · Melbourne

By Lucia is scaling fast. Our ecommerce experience is the heartbeat of the brand, and we're looking for someone to own it. This role is all about making sure our site converts, engages, and grows. Your North Star: Revenue per Session (RPS).

What You'll Do

  • Conversion & CRO – Run A/B tests on product pages, collections, and checkout; strip friction; add education modules like styling guides to build trust. Design and develop new collection and product landing pages for testing.
  • Merchandising & On-Site Selling – Own product presentation through bundles, stack & save offers, curated collections, cross-sells and upsells. Keep the site aligned with launches, promos, and campaigns.
  • Content Integration – Work with the content team to refresh PDPs weekly with photoshoot content, UGC, TikToks, and new creative. Ensure on-site assets match what customers see in ads and socials.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Build dashboards tracking RPS, conversion, AOV, and funnel health. Run a weekly site health review and translate insights into tests and changes.
  • Cross-Team Connector – Sync with creative, media buying, and ops so the site reflects campaigns and stock in real time.

Who We're Looking For

  • Shopify expert with CRO/ecommerce experience — ideally some development experience and a strong design eye.
  • Equal parts data-driven and creative — you know when to test and when to ship.
  • Scrappy, experimental, and fast-moving.
  • Comfortable in a founder-led, creative, high-energy environment.
  • Background in fashion, jewellery, or beauty ecommerce a bonus.
  • Strong eye for merchandising and content that drives buying decisions.

  • Direct impact — your work will move the needle on growth.
  • Remote work flexibility with some time in our St Kilda, Melbourne studio.
  • A creative, collaborative team that values speed and ownership.
  • Jewellery perks.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Room for professional growth and development as the brand scales, including international travel.

Studio Jewellery Specialist

Fingerprint, Wax & Permanent Jewellery

We're looking for someone special to lead two of our most intimate services: fingerprint wax impression sessions and permanent welded jewellery experiences. You'll be the face of our studio for these moments — guiding customers through emotional, hands-on processes that turn memories into wearable art.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Host in-studio fingerprint ring sessions (taking wax impressions, guiding couples and families through the process).
  • Prep, label, and manage orders going to our casting partners.
  • Operate permanent jewellery welding equipment (training provided).
  • Deliver a polished, warm, unforgettable client experience.
  • Keep the studio organised, safe, and presentation-ready.
  • Capture content of the process for social media (if you're into that!).
  • Support occasional pop-ups or events where these services are featured.

You'll Love This Role If You Are:

  • Passionate about jewellery, design, or hands-on crafts.
  • Great with people — warm, calm, and detail-oriented.
  • Confident working with small tools and processes (don't worry, we'll train you).
  • Organised and able to manage small batches and orders.
  • Interested in creating meaningful moments for others — couples, families, even memorial pieces.

If you're passionate about crafting jewellery and want to be part of a growing brand's journey, we'd love to hear from you!
