That foundation never left us. But as we grew, something became clear: the real magic wasn't in the crystals. It was in the moment you catch yourself in the mirror and think — yes, this is me. That effortless confidence when you throw on three pieces and somehow they just work.
So we evolved. From literal crystal energy to emotional energy. From intention-driven pieces to style-driven confidence. We kept the heart — jewellery that means something — but refined the mission: a wardrobe that makes you look and feel effortlessly cool, without overthinking it.

Every piece is designed to sit alongside at least three others — earrings stacked together, rings climbing a finger, necklaces nesting at different lengths. If it can only be worn alone, we don't make it.
It has to work daily
Lightweight enough for all-day wear. Hypoallergenic for sensitive ears. Flat-backed for sleeping in. The pieces are designed to be put on once and forgotten about — not removed every night.
It has to last
925 sterling silver. 18k gold vermeil. 9k solid gold for the heroes. Crafted in batches of 100 or fewer, backed by a 1-year warranty against faults — and we know every piece that leaves the studio.

Hi, I'm Teneille — the one behind every piece, every batch, every email reply. I started By Lucia because I believed jewellery should be more than decoration. It should make you feel something.
After years of designing crystal-infused pieces, I realised what I was actually creating was confidence — that feeling when you look in the mirror and everything just clicks. Now I spend my days designing pieces that work the way you live. When I'm not sketching new designs or making the next batch, I'm probably wearing seven of our pieces at once.
My job is simple: be the stylist in your pocket, so getting dressed becomes the easiest part of your day.

Every piece is designed and crafted in our St Kilda studio in batches of 100 or fewer. Soft pink tones, golden light, and a space designed for you to actually experience our jewellery.
Come in to try on pieces, build your perfect stack, or book a styling session. The studio isn't a transactional retail space. It's where the pieces are designed, and where you're welcome to spend time with them.
