Your Flora cuff is shaped to hold its form, so it shouldn’t be bent or adjusted.
To put it on, slide the opening over the thinnest part of the cartilage at the top or side of your ear, then guide the cuff down and rotate it gently into place until it sits securely.
Please don’t pull the cuff open or squeeze it closed — bending the setting can loosen the stones.
