Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty against faults. We don't offer exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene, but we stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, email us — a member of the team will sort it out personally.
Remove before swimming, showering, or applying perfume. Most of our pieces are designed to withstand water however they are not fully waterproof. Store in your By Lucia pouch when not wearing. Clean gently with a soft cloth. With proper care, your pieces will maintain their finish for years.
WILL THE GOLD VERMEIL TARNISH?
With everyday care, no — vermeil holds its colour for years. Just keep it dry: off before swimming, showering, or working out, and away from perfume. If anything ever wears, the 1-year warranty has you covered.
I HAVE SENSITIVE EARS — ARE THESE SAFE?
The posts are 925 sterling silver, hypoallergenic and tested by sensitive-eared founders. If your ears are extremely reactive, the 9k Solid variant is the safest option.
DO I NEED MULTIPLE PIERCINGS TO WEAR THESE?
One — that's the whole idea. The chains sit naturally below your existing piercing to create the illusion of a stacked ear. If you do have more piercings, even better — they layer in with whatever you've got.
CAN I WEAR THEM EVERY DAY?
