What is Lucia Loyalty?

Our membership programme. Three tiers — Muse, Signature and Heirloom. Your tier is set by what you spend with us on full-price pieces across a 12-month membership year.

How many members do you take?

The first 100 members each year. Once the intake closes, the next opening is the following membership year.

How do I join?

Create an account, sign in, and ask to join from this page. Membership is free. Your tier is then set automatically by what you've spent over the last twelve months — including everything you've already bought with us, so you may enter above the first tier straight away.

How do I qualify for a tier?

Each tier has a spend threshold, measured on full-price orders:

Muse — $1,000 AUD to $1,999 AUD
Signature — $2,000 AUD to $2,999 AUD
Heirloom — $3,000 AUD and above

Thresholds are in AUD.

How long does my tier last?

Twelve months from the day you enter it. You can move up during that time but you won't move down. When the year restarts, your tier is set by what you spent in the year behind you.

How do I use my benefits?

Sign in to your account. Shipping, returns, gift wrapping and warranty benefits apply automatically to orders placed while signed in. Styling sessions, studio suite bookings and event invitations are arranged by email.

What if I check out as a guest?

Orders placed with your account email count automatically, even if you check out as a guest. Used a different email? Contact us and we'll add the order to your membership.

Can I opt out?

Yes. Unsubscribe from our emails or contact us and we'll remove you from the programme.
